In 1984, Mark Fackler founded a hardware and software engineering services company called Stellcom Technologies. Over the next sixteen years, with the help of talented employees, Mark and his staff built a great place to work and a great provider of engineering services. After a capital event in 2000, Mark left Stellcom to focus on mentoring executives and helping non-profits. 

Starting in 2003, Mark began mentoring CEOs via Vistage, an advisory group centered around CEO professional development through sharing knowledge and expertise. For 12 years, Mark has also mentored over 120 candidate MBAs through a student-focused version of Vistage at the Rady UCSD Business School.

Kush Kapila is a serial entrepreneur innovating in the mobile services space. In 2012 Kush founding Serlings Mobile, a mobile salon and barber service comprised of onsite Airstream mobile unites. In addition to growing the business over the last eight years, Kush has expanded from just haircuts to a full-service salon and barbershop and has continued expansion into brick and mortar. Sterling services will be available across California as the services expands to San Francisco and Los Angles by the end of 2020. In 2016 Sterlings opened a promotional tour division allowing Airstreams units to be branded for promotions across the US and is now a premier manufacture and customizer of Airstream trailer and coaches. 

Kush’s passion for new ventures and building business is back with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing in both consumer and life science. He brings a cross-functional ability to navigate strategic and tactical needs when sourcing and ramping up a new venture.
